Note : Tent Rentals are also available at an extra charge. Gratuities are
not required, but are more than welcome.
Indoor Reception Package - 25 to 40 people
$500 - This is a great package if you just want to have your reception in our
Large Lodge - all indoors. If you decide to have your ceremony somewhere else in
Ashford, think about having your reception here. There's a large kitchen with 3
refrigerators and a lot of room to prepare your food. There's enough seating for up
to 40 people, and we will provide table linens and chair covers (your choice of
colors, a $200 value). You also get exclusive use of the Large Lodge from 4 PM to 10 PM.
Note : For Holidays, add 15%. If you want to rent the Large Lodge overnight, add
$250. Check-out time would be noon the next morning. It can sleep up to 25 people indoors. Day Use - 50 to 100 people / 101 to 200 people
$500 / $700 - Just want to use the grounds for the day? Don't need to stay overnight?
This is the package for you. We don't provide any tables, chairs, or
anything. You will have exclusive access to all kitchens. Bring in whatever you need
and we'll do all the cleaning for you afterwards. This package includes use of the property
for up to 8 hours (typically noon to 8 PM in Summer, earlier in the Winter). It also
includes a 50% discount on any rooms for the evening.
Note : For Holidays, add 15%. Day Use Full Service - 50 to 100 people / 101 to 200 people
$2500 / $3000 - Just like our Day Use package above, except we will provide all
standard tables, linens, chairs, utensils, glasses and other essentials. We'll even
help with the setup and cleanup. You will have exclusive use of all kitchens. We'll
still do all the cleaning for you. This package includes use of the property for up
to 8 hours (typically noon to 8 PM in Summer, earlier in Winter). It also includes a
50% discount on any rooms for the evening.
Note : You provide your own food and beverages. For Holidays, add 15%. Overnight Full Service - 50 to 100 people / 101 to 200 people
$3100 / $3600 - Have all your guests arrive by 4 PM, party through the night, stay in
our cabins, serve them breakfast, and everyone leaves rested and happy. We'll provide
all the same amenities as the Day Use Full Service above. This package includes a one
night stay.
Note : Check out time is noon the next morning. We have 70 pillows / beds on-site.
Many groups choose to setup tents in the summer. For larger groups, we can recommend
overnight accommodations. You provide your own food and beverages. For Holidays, add
15%. Weekender Full Service - 50 to 100 people / 101 to 200 people
$3700 / $4200 - Have all your guests arrive on a Friday. You can pick whether to have the
ceremony / reception on Friday or Saturday. Enjoy Mt Rainier during the day-time or just
let all your friends and family relax by the fire for a weekend. We'll provide all the
same amenities as the Day Use Full Service above. This package includes a two night stay.
Note : Check out time is noon on Sunday. We have 70 pillows / beds on-site. Many
groups choose to setup tents in the summer. For larger groups, we can recommend overnight
accommodations. You provide your own food and beverages. For Holidays, add 15%.
